Production blog - picking final dates!

   Hi ya’ll hope everyone is doing well. Welcome to today’s blog! While my group hasn’t finished filming yet we have set a date. Which is to conclude filming this Thursday (October 26) since it is an early release day. Picking a date again was a bit challenging as we are going to Emerson house however she has plans in the evening. This means we will have to a rush a little to make sure we can get everything done. Also Kemora is traveling this week meaning we have to pick a date before she is gone. Lindsay also has a doctor’s appointment this week. So finding a date that works for everyone is challenging exactly as fifteen year olds with no licenses. When picking out the date I brought up some planning for the filming day. Such as referring to the storyboard. What scenes would my group be doing, what locations etc. Additionally I discussed what the group should bring with them. Such as different kinds of outfits since my group will be filming both a pool scene and restaurant scene, so they will need to bring different outfits. 

      Figuring out rides as well was also a struggle. We were all planning to ride home with Emerson however as mentioned before Lindsay has a doctor’s appointment so she will have to meet us at Emerson’s house. And for pick up, my mom is coming from work and Emerson house is far from where my mom work is so it will be difficult for my mom to get me. I may have to go home with Lindsay and have my mom pick me up from there. I also told the group I would finish the fake photo book and I will bring it with me on Thursday. On top of my editing for the video Kemora has also done more editing to it and showed me and it looks really good! While discussing the planning for the filming day with Kemora and Emerson in my class I also made sure to inform Lindsay about any updates or plans on my group chat since again she is not in my class. While this blog might not seem the most exciting these small tasks of planning are critical to creating any type of project. Can’t wait for the next blog; the big filming day!

    Hello bloggers and welcome back! My group and I have finished our filming process. I filmed today on saturday and filmed the car, restaurant and beach scenes. It started by my friends coming over around 12. While the plan was shot at the beach at night due to it being spring break Lindsay’s parents did not want her at the beach at night I had to make changes. I told everyone to bring the same costumes from before. Once everyone arrived my group and I changed into our costumes which was the sun dresses. Then my group first started in the car. In order to film the dialogue films I made sure the car was parked as it would be dangerous to try to act while driving. I took a short clip when my group was actually driving as a quick clip to add.           Hey bloggers it's Mela again! Hope you are having a great day! Recently I've started to work on my commercial about me. My first step was downloading the materials necessary to create my commercial. As mentioned in my introduction blog I am familiar with some editing software already such as Imovie and Capcut. However, I decided to download some new apps with different features to create a more unique commercial. Videoleap, VLLO, and Vont are all the new apps I installed to work on my commercial or other projects in the future. After downloading the apps, I wanted, I started planning the order in which I wanted my commercial to be. However, before that, I decided to edit my photos and videos to make them how I liked.
